The ERP Analyst (CRM) Internship offers the chance to develop expertise in managing customer-related data and functions through ERP systems. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements related to customer relationship management and assisting with the implementation of CRM solutions within the ERP environment. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about optimizing how businesses manage customer interactions, data, and communications to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Gather CRM Requirements: Work with business teams to identify, interpret, and analyze business needs related to customer relationship management
• Solution Delivery: Recommend solutions within the ERP’s CRM module, ensuring they align with the business’s customer management goals
• Project Participation: Support CRM-related projects, assist in managing project timelines, and provide updates on progress
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide ERP support for users managing customer interactions, helping resolve system-related queries
• Data Management: Assist in collating customer data and generating reports to enhance customer service processes

Qualifications

• An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (B Degree, B-Tech, or Advanced Diploma) in IT or a related discipline
• Up to six (6) months of relevant experience in an IT environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems and basic CRM functionalities will be beneficial
